From product to process

A shop is more
than a basket.

Your products deserve a buying experience that makes choosing easy and builds trust. We connect your catalogue, shop and the processes behind it, turning interest into orders your team can manage.

Starting point

Your processes determine the right shop platform.

A shop needs to guide customers through choosing, paying and delivery. For your team, product data, prices, orders and integrations matter too. We consider both before choosing a platform, so the buying journey and the work behind it fit together.

Connect sales and operations

Your shop does not end
at checkout.

Product imports, stock and price synchronisation, order transfers and connections to ERP, inventory management, Amazon or other marketplaces are planned as one continuous process. For multiple shops and countries, we establish which data is managed centrally and which is adapted locally.

We also take on existing shop environments: technical assessment, troubleshooting, updates, integrations and ongoing development.

Shop and ERP integrationsUrgent shop support

Explore data integration in greater depth.

WebDirect plans your shop and integrations as one process. When extensive synchronisation becomes a project in its own right, these specialist services can complement it.

DataSource specialises in mapping, transformation and automation for technically demanding integrations.

Thoughtful implementation

What to clarify before adding the first product.

We consider the entire order: where does product data come from? Who maintains stock levels? How are taxes, payment methods, delivery rules and enquiries handled? A well-planned data flow reduces manual work and makes errors easier to trace.

Questions & answers

What you should
know before starting.

Which shop platform suits us?

We compare your requirements and ongoing workload. That includes licence or platform costs, extensions, operation, data maintenance and future changes.

Can existing products and customers be migrated?

There is usually a migration route. We first check data formats, quality, mapping and data protection requirements. Login credentials and historical orders may need separate treatment depending on the system.

Do you connect inventory management or ERP systems?

Yes, where suitable APIs or reliable exchange formats are available. Data ownership, synchronisation direction and error handling must be explicitly agreed.
